HOLISTIC:

Holistic means to consider the whole being. In social work terms Holistic means that a person needs to be whole in four areas of life in order to achieve wellness. The four key areas are:

SOCIAL, EMOTIONAL, PHYSICAL, SPIRITUAL

HOPE:

Snyder et al.’s (1991) Hope Theory states that hope is cultivated when people have two key ingredients: multiple pathways to goal achievement and agency of choices needed to build motivation.

HOLISTIC HOPE:

At Holistic Hope, we commit to ourselves and to our clients to provide holistic and hope driven trauma informed psychotherapy, training, and consultation.
